I want to therefore share one major secret of business that is rarely noticed. In fact a lot of folks in the business world never take cognizance of it. Nevertheless, it has a propelling force and has the ability to attract prospective buyers and consumers. Many people have heard it several times but only few pay attention to it. Businesses are defeated because of its poor implementation. This untold secret is called ATTITUDE.

By definition, it is ones response to situation surfacing. Thus, it response to life. In general, how I respond to life or situation and circumstances around me is my attitude.
In the business wise, this is left out. Our responses to customers who patronize us matters a lot. Your responses to, as a business entrepreneur, to your customers or patronizes have an effect on your business as a whole. So, your response could retain or send away your buyers.
Attitude is categorically divided into two. These are named as Destructive Attitude and Constructive Attitudes.

1. DESTRUCTIVE ATTITUDE.
a. Anger. Many business folks respond to their prospective buyers – patronizes for the very first time, angrily. This is enough to scare them away. Nobody wants to become a friend to someone who is angrily. In fact, nobody wants to make an angry man his business partner.

b. Dishonesty. I personally do not like and appreciate people who are not honest. You do not have to frame up exaggerations, all in the name of making gain. It is not what you framed up that will pull patronizers towards your business; it is your attitude (honesty).

c. Jealousy. Also you do not have to be jealous for the fact that your counterparts are really making it in the business world, you do not. Instead, you should be able to make friend with such business people so as to learn their secrets of success and progress.
d. Critical Spirit. Those who criticize do not always have a very good image. And when the image of someone is tampered with, his or her future is exposed to danger. Do not criticize folks instead learn from them.

e. Boasting. Boasting may not take you to your desired place in the business world. People who conclude that they have arrived are those who are overtaken by their counterparts.

2. CONSTRUCTIVE ATTITUDES

a. Diligence. It your ability to work things out. This requires that you show the commitment attitude to business and its customers.

b. Enthusiasm. Exhibit friendly Attitude. Be friendly to any buyer you ever come across in your life.

c. Flexibility. Have the capacity to adapt to new trends in the business world.

d. Humility. Place value on your customers. I cherish people who made it as a part of their life, to place value on me and likewise every other person in the world. So, customers are to be treated as such.

e. Patience. Understand that your business cannot make the required huge profit of your mind. It takes patience. One business operator says “success in the business world is all about TIMING” and this requires the ability to wait for fulfillment.
